Nothing it was perfect.

Modern decor, recently furnished. Excellent shutters on windows to eliminate outside light. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The double bed was small and very firm. Needs tea or coffee making facilities and a small fridge.

Sadly the hotel is no longer Grand, the rooms are pleasant enough but the aircon' in our room was noisy the longer it ran the noisier it became until it had to be switched off. Bathroom very basic with no plugs and only a hand held shower. Hallways had seen better days. Went to use the men's toilet in the lobby and it was in pieces, doors off the wall and wires hanging out of the wall. I assume it was in the processor of renovation but there were no signs or barriers to prevent access.

The room at Grand Hotel was cozy and comfortable, with a lovely view of the garden. It had air conditioning, which was perfect for the warm weather. The private bathroom was clean and had complimentary toiletries. I felt right at home!

Personally, I found the TV in the room a bit outdated. However, I understand that some people might still enjoy it.

our second stay in dax surpassed expectations! on our golf trip, grand hotel impressed with friendly and helpful staff, despite the language barrier. the safe parking, kind reception staff, and fresh bread at breakfast were standout features that made our stay memorable.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. Easy access to parking. Air conditioning was a plus. Convenient location near shops and bars.

Always return for weekend. Helped with good attitude to elderly parents first visit. Everything I need: Wi-Fi, luggage storage, 24-hour reception, bar, restaurant, laundry. Perfect for me. No regrets.

The location was perfect for our needs, as it was close to the center of town and all the bars and shops we wanted to check out. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed for a pleasant night's stay. The staff was very welcoming and friendly, making us feel at ease right away.

We had a bit of trouble finding the hotel at first, as the signposting in the town could have been a bit better. The breakfast was a bit uninspiring, but given that the majority of the guests were on a fixed-price spa experience, it was understandable.

The staff at reception were super kind and helpful, and they spoke both English and Spanish! The car parking was free and I could see my car from the window, plus the area felt really safe. I was able to do my laundry in the shared laundry room for just 6.5 euros. The breakfast was normal, but the fresh bread and amazing marmalades were mind-blowing. The room was spacious and modern, with a separate toilet from the bathroom. The hotel had air conditioning, which was a lifesaver in the hot weather. com!

Reception staff kind and helpful in English and Spanish. Restaurant and cafe staff tried to communicate despite limited language skills. Free street parking available with good visibility. Laundry facilities offered for a small fee. Breakfast included fresh bread and tasty marmalades.

We had a great stay in this hotel in a convenient location. The room was spacious with a modern ensuite and separate toilet. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. We liked that it was near the center of town and close to many restaurants. The staff was very pleasant and spoke good English.
